    • 3.1 Digital Proof Sign-off: No job is sent to the physical print lines until the client provides explicit written or electronic approval (via email or messaging channels) of the finalized digital layout proof.
    • 3.2 Client Error Liability: Nsimbi Print Media accepts no financial or logistical liability for spelling mistakes, grammatical errors, low-resolution pixelation, formatting errors, or dimensional inaccuracies on the physical end-product if those elements were present in the digital layout proof signed off by the customer.

 
4. Standard Limitations of Liability
    • 4.1 “As Is” Portfolio Display: The project galleries and material descriptions on this Website are provided for illustrative purposes on an “as is” basis without any express or implied warranties.
    • 4.2 Exclusion of Commercial Losses: Nsimbi Print Media excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, or accidental marketing loss, event cancellation costs, or corporate timeline delays due to temporary website downtime, typographical listing errors, or system issues.
